Welcome to the Mai Dang lab
The primary research goal of our laboratory is to uncover novel ways to alter the pediatric brain tumor microenvironment to enhance the efficacy of existing treatments and make treatments safer for children.
Our vision is to improve outcomes and minimize treatment neurotoxicity for children with high grade brain tumors. Our work is at the intersection of cancer, neurology and immunology research. We utilize a large variety of mouse models and techniques that ranges from cutting-edge transcriptomic analysis to advanced imaging.
